Hugh P.Touchy received his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Texas and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston. Mr. Touchy is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Cameron & Hidalgo County Bar Associations. He is also licensed to practice before the federal courts of the Southern District of Texas and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Touchy has a broad based litigation practice. He has significant experience in products liability, trucking and auto accidents cases. He has also handled a variety other major litigation matters involving medical malpractice, employment law, construction law, toxic exposure, and insurance law. He has taken several death and catastrophic injury cases to a verdict in deep South Texas.

Mr. Touchy is married to Gracie Gavito Touchy and they have two children, Bryant and Michael. Hugh Touchy enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing.
